I don't believe that this has anything at all to do with ALPA, SWAPA, APA, IPA, or any other union. It has to do with what the company's medical, or in this case, pharmaceutical partners are. As an example, I don't remember when we voted to change our health insurance carrier from United Healthcare to Anthem BC/BS.
As for them denying or questioning some dosages, whereas I understand someone's
want for the stronger dosage, isn't 25mg the suggested dosage for Viagra?
