My numbers by the month - I was on reserve on the -700 until June (furloughed prior and reserve prior to that)
June - worked all weekends, had a mix of 2-4 day trips, had 15 days off and credited 114 hours.
July - awarded all weekends, 16 days off. Traded to get July 4th off and three weekends off. Mix of 2-4 days, 16 days off and 106 hours credit.
August - 3rd-7th off (kids starting school), four day trips, Sundays off, all trips started mid afternoon and off before 3pm, and 80 hours of credit.
September - 7th-15th off (school break), four day trips, all trips started mid afternoon and off before 3pm, monthly min at 75 hours.
October - 17 days off, monthly min
November - Oct31st to Nov6th off, Thanksgiving off, 18 days off at 75 hours credit.
December - Christmas eve off, 5th-16th off, three four days, 19 days off and 76 hours of credit.
Every month I've been able to do something different that is flexible to meet my needs. The guys who complain the most about PBS either have unreasonable expectations (if you can't hold weekends off, PBS won't fix it for you) or they have issues with the pairings and blame it on PBS.
In IAD right now we have a real problem with the company not building commutable pairings with high enough credit for guys to build a schedule with. DTW frequently has a similar problem.
