If I was working under the XJET contract, I would be making almost $4 per hour less. The senior capt. rates are higher at ASA. The FO rates are higher at ASA. What are your duty rigs? What would a 13.5 hour nap/CDO/high speed pay at XJET?
Regarding PBS, that's fine...We will just stay separate...You don't want it, and we won't go forward without it...

You forget to adjust both pay rats for their respective 401k match and company contribution.
I think that a stand up pays 7.5 hours.
