If you bid a line with a trip the first week does it get knocked out by carryover conflict or does it come out of the vacation bank. Which one do they process first. Any first hand accounts would be great. I have heard the it should work this way but let me know if its different from CE.
Even if the carryover trip was knocked out by the vacation, any actual conflict with the original footprint of that trip will be removed by CIC, not vacation.
