Fundamental question. Did the crew follow their cold weather operations procedures? Clearly obvious to the casual observer.

Now if you were the DO or C/P or even the owner of the airline... ask yourselves this... is this the sky jockey you want working for you? Would you have that warm and fuzzy feeling if your family were on the jet with this crew?
