Aviation is not a "quick" type of career. It takes YEARS and a lot of money to get the ratings and hours, not to mention you need college. If you want to fly for the Majors you need a College degree, it is possible to not have one and be hired but that is a very rare case and you will have to offset the degree by 1000's of hours in Jet/Turbine equipment.
