Something was posted about a deferred thrust-reverser on one side, but that's really all I've heard/read. Other than that, it was a stacked situation, not in the pilots favor it seems.

runway wasnt groove, landed under heavy rain, left or right thrust reverser inoperative, runway length 6,4xx ... ouch! i guess a chain of events creates an accident, instead of just of one thing.
