Pan Am International Flight Training Academy in Dulles, Virginia (Outside of Washington, DC) has a Jetstream 32 simulator. It is in the building that was the primary training center for Atlantic Coast Airlines/Independence Air.
You might try them... they might be negotiable in their costs, but not quite sure.
