Think of it this way - if you take a normal work week off between your normal 7-days at home, you get 21 days off in a row. That ain't bad. You certainly won't find that at the airlines. I've heard people describe the 7 days off as a mini-vacation twice per month. At the end of 7 days you will actually look forward to getting back out on the road again.
