yeah, i guess thats what they are.. defenition 1 doesn't fit, definition 2 doesn't fit, definition 3 doesn't fit because we have obviously seen they have no real power according to all the posts by jack.. 4 seems to be the only one that fits: unofficial representatives with no real power.
