When Rep. Oberstar brought HR4343 to the House floor he said that he had wanted to keep the change in HR2881, his FAA Reauthorization bill which passed in the House, but the Senate version S.1300 is still tied up in the Senate. You guys don't seem to understand that is the age change everyone wanted. It would help, not hinder the passage of any Bill that it was in. There was not one vote against this stand alone bill. Almost an unheard number. Someone mentioned that the Declaration of War against Japan had one Congressperson voting NAY.
