This is why expats choose to be as such because of the ineptness and greed within management. Most foreign carriers, which is not always the best alternative for some, have a track record of treating their employees with respect. Its a shame that there are still so many that are willing to be treated with indifference by many companies and paid less money than cabin crewmembers at some foreign carriers.... go figure.
