I had a failure to yield to the right of way when i was 16, did traffic school and it was supposed to be off my record. When I interviewed at 3 airlines (AE, TSA, Piedmont) I said "I had a failure to yield when I was 16, it shouldn't be on my record but it might still be." Each of those 3 airlines said thanks for the honesty but it was no big deal.

Tell them in case its there, unless its a big one or a long series of small ones they don't care
