All of my questions were customer service questions. I.E., what's my philosophy of it? How far would I go to achieve it? How in the past have I provided it? How do I deal with an angry, abusive customer? I was much more prepared for H.R. kind of questions, but didn't get any. Also was told 2-3 wks. for notification as to whether I was deemed worthy. Email will be the delivery method.
