Normally i would agree but with the current state of the industry and the fact that its getting worse everyday, we dont have the negotiating power to "get more". Thats why we didnt get more than LOA 19 rates. Look around you in this industry we are fortunate to be getting ANY gains in this environment. Dont let Greed get in the way. I guarantee if we push this off will will be shooting ourselves in the foot. Ask your buddies at other companies, especially UAL, what they think about you shrugging off pay raises, increased work rules and added stability during these economic conditions. If things keep getting worse we will be lucky if any of us get to keep our jobs or even have a company to come back to in the event of the F-Bomb. IMHO blowing this off now would be absolutely moronic.
