just answer no--- its easier to ask for frgiveness than permission..

I disagree. It's best to be honest if at all possible. If you get caught not disclosing a significant medical issue the FAA will REVOKE (not suspend) your certificates and, unlike most FARs, they can also pursue criminal charges for lying on an official form (yes, they have done this in serious cases).
There seems to a grey area about reporting routine doctor and dental checkups. Some people do, but I never have.
