Thanks for the replies which seem honest enough to me from asking my friends about their experiences at SW.
I'm somewhat in the same boat. I'll find out the decision this week.
Otto, I see what you are trying to say but I have found it hard to find the disgruntled CAL pilot. Everything that was said seems true in my short time with CAL. These things that can't be seen until you are on the inside. I am sure that SWA has its own problems, but they pale in comparison to the way the pilot is treated even amongst fellow pilots at CAL. I cringe every time I hear management talk about trying to get the furloughees back on property quickly.
