Good question. I'm in Japan right now so can't test it to tell you. I would guess that it would be the me.com address since that would be the forwarded email address at the top of the email header.
You can also get other email (yahoo, gmail, AOL, etc.) on your iPhone directly from the provider. These work a little differently. You can retrieve manually or you can set it up to fetch your mail. I do my email from AOL manually so I don't have the phone always looking for mail. I'm eventually going to wean myself off reading AOL email by on the iPhone because I get way too many emails on that address and many have large attachments. I will probably tell a select group of people about my me.com address so when I do get email pushed to my iPhone it is actually from somebody I want to hear from.
