High blood pressure (Hypertension) needs to be controlled. There are plenty of pilots that have the affliction, but it is mandated that your high blood pressure must be controlled. If its' not, no medical period. Its' no big deal really, just lose some wieght, excercise and eat right. This is a disease you will have to manage for the rest of your life, but it can be done and isn't hasn't grounded anyone willing to have it managed. Blue skies in your quest!!
