I think this person should be let go. We need maddogs in there ready to attack if we even hope to get 20% more pay and change the work rules. Sadly, if you look at our past "negotiations" we have always shot ourselves in the foot. I do not know why we don't have a paid professional doing this instead of a potentially well intentioned pilot. However, the bigger question is what do the other negotiating think and why don't they run him/her off? Are the of the same fabric?
