A friend of mine who flies for NJ tells me the hiring process is in the process of a total revamp. It's going all electronic instead of personal review by HR. Nothing is going to happen hiring-wise until around November time frame. I'm waiting as well.
Is there any timetable on when they'll go to an online/electronic app? Should I expect to do a "total" new application at that time? Any words appreciated.
