It is a straight 50/50 chance to get either or. The deciding factor is how the sim is set up when you do your flight training. FlightSafety's sim can be configured for either the Avanti I or the Avanti II. It takes around 4 hours to convert it so they leave it in each configuration for around a month and then switch.

So it just depends on how it's set up when you get there.
