Besides, the Russian citizens that were killed were granted citizenship as a mass blanket, saying everyone that lives in this region are now citizens, that isnt exactly legal. Again, kinda like Cuba saying, "Ok people in south Florida are now Cuban citizens, and we are taking over that area cause our citizens live there."

This is all a power play. Russia has been trying to get back to the world power it once was, and they will do it by any means. If this is done by bullying smaller countried for oil then so be it.
