As the header says on this site, "Information is power". A friendly warning to anyone considering signing with Next Generation Aviation for the Air India Contract... DONT!

They promise reimbursement for air travel to screenings and then never repay you. They guarantee a job with Air India, with NO interview or Sim check, then when you get there, you get ambushed with a surprise, full ATP Checkride in the B-737NG Sim.

I was housed in a broken down hotel, "Royal Palms" in Mumbai, India, with rain pooring through the roof and windows into my room, flooding the floor. The power went out hourly, leaving you in the dark, or losing all data that you worked on the internet. The view out the window was slums of homeless Indians, deficating and urinating in a field right in front of my window every morning! Air India left me sitting in this environment for FIVE DAYS, before somebody finally called me!

It was one false promise after another, with no positive results at the end. Do not waste your time and effort, as I did. You will regret it.
