Gonzales was most recently the CEO at Gemini. He started there earlier this year (around Feb). We all know what happened to Gemini. In his defense, he may not have been there long enough to have prevented the bankruptcy and eventual shutdown. On the other hand, he certainly wasn't forthcoming to the employees about the status of the company.
