Nothing like getting stuck in MEM on your own dime for the night for a PDO bump..

If the question is: Does a guy getting bumped have to agree to it? Of course, for a personal type bump. Otherwise we'd have guys getting involuntarily bumped off of their flights with D/H's.

If the question is: Does the guy getting bumped have to give his approval in VIPS? No. The bumpee can put it all in, last time I did it.
