Looking for some advice for the right aircraft for a new Part 135/91K...

Range is about 300-400nm average.
Customers are mostly doctors.
Trying to set an economic plan to stay in business for the unstable market (i.e. long term).
Based out of Florida.
Best insurance?
Factors are:
a) operating costs b) speed c) comfort (appeal)

Deciding between a piston and a turboprop

A) KingAir series - personally like the 100 series
TPE-331 vs. PT6

B) Piper Navajo Chieftain
P-model? Panther?

Any other good all around suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
