The ACA folks were out of luck of course.

Any AE folks who stuck around would have been just touching prop upgrade before the 2008 furloughs knocked them back down.

I suppose a few ASA folks might have done OK in the long run.
What furloughs? we only ran a displacement bid the results of which have been dealyed for a month at least now.
