If you have any pics of extinct aircraft or airline livery, post here. I'll start with a few:

I can't remember if this was KIAD or KORD. I think it was KIAD mid-field...

Though it's hard to tell, it's Eastern on very short final to KDCA in 1987. Something about a B757 going overhead at 100 feet!

KIAD A-gates in 1987. That was a new B737-300 back then. Behind it is a New York Air DC-9-30. NYA, or "Apple" which was their callsign, was later absorbed into COA. Apple was sort of a mini-SWA. Very cheap flights, no frills, etc.
