And what do I remember, DW and the old gang standing in the hub and other assorted meetings telling us it was a done deal. The "language" in the contract "guarantees" it.
Just goes to show you, if it's NOT written in concrete we don't have a leg to stand on.
Next the company will put a bid out (and the union will recommend not to bid it without established pay rates) but this crew-force will be stabbing each other in the back to be the first in line to get on this aircraft. I most certainly don't blame FE and his guys as the old NC knew this was a possibility and did nothing to address this or other aircraft. Makes me once again wonder where the "hidden" millions are (probably in the companies pocket).
