You're not going to do many (if any) 4 hour legs. the longest typical legs are 3.5-3.7 hrs. not too bad, yes there is a lav in the back. most guys avoid using it esp. with pax onboard but i think it's more a pride thing than anything else. if you need to use it then you use it.
