only thing i can think of is removing E-145's, having one certificate, one aircraft type, and it gets rid of the 25+ year captains we have here, and replaces them with 3 year captains there....Think of the cost savings in that alone, you can give everyone over there a couple buck an hour raise, but trim the fat from our operation and do the same job......
