Yes, anyone can vote for him. It is you who is being deceitful. If Nason gets elected and Riggs loses, mission accomplished. If Riggs is elected, it will be a matter of time before he is recalled for doing something stupid. Nason's name cannot be removed from ballotpoint. So you think it's better to have someone run unopposed versus than to have a real horse race?...more dilusional thinking.
