That's a really good question that many of us who work here are asking....
There have been quite a few regime-changes since Derinda left over a year ago and it's been hard to keep up with "who's in charge" these days.
I'm sure you would like to personalize your correspondence, but the best I can tell you is simply to use the generic "Attn: Pilot Recruitment"
