Without turning this thread into another international p***ing contest, I'm wondering if anyone can shed any info on Jazz? Just wondering if it's worth looking into the rating conversions etc. Pay looks decent for the regional level, even with the exchange rate, but I'm curious about other aspects of QOL such as work rules, reserve, days off, junior bases etc. Would appreciate any info, thanks in advance!
