As it used to stand, if you were MSP based and had to go in for a training event, hotel and per diem were not included. I heard DAL has it set up that hotel and per diem are covered if you have in base training. Is this true and is DAL North on this system now?

If you are MSP based, you get the hotel for long term events only. We do not get it for CQ, and we do not get per diem.
