I don't want to sound like i'm bragging but I have been hitting the gym hard recently. I do 2 hours on the elliptical. My target goal has been to burn 1500 calories or a 1/2 pound a day. So far it has been working and I have lost 20 pounds over the past month and a half.
Then I'll eat an egg sandwich at home, or a chicken sandwich from subway. I try to stick to 6 meals a day but its tough, especially when your schedule changes. Anyways if you look at the time that I am posting this you can also infer that I am an early riser too.
