I've been back into it hard myself. I ONLY do 1 hour on the elliptical though. But I use HIIT for 15 mins of it. I do a full body workout three times per week. Thinking of going back to a split routine because sometimes my CNS can't handle the full body. What do you think Stealth? Split or Full body?
