hey the body need more cardio but not that much, so you don't lose muscles. Its up to you to find a balance.

Tur shoulder, chest
wen Thai boxing
Thu back, biceps
fri Thai boxing
You notes I did not write legs, it is because when you do Thai you do not need it.
