Dangling, thats some really great goals. I never did look at the big 3 as a cummulative goal when you combine all those lifts to give a figure of 2000. Thats alot of wieght but you can get there. I usually go by how much times my body weight but an all rounded figure for all 3 is good... Right now, Im at about 1000 so half way there.
You mention a valid point. I saw two pilots on our DASH 8 fleet who both can easily pass for Santa Claus with their tummy. Quite a few younger pilots I know are heavy drinkers and smokers on their off time. I just dont know how that lifestyle doesnt catch up with them.
