Speaking of power lifting, recently brought down my training reps in the 6-8 range which is a more strength training range for me. Its working well so far.
Dam, that sounds nasty... IM sorry to hear. Hope you recover quickly. tendons do take awfully long to heal. So are you at home then fore the recovery.... Are you taking any ancillary shots say, IGF-1 or growth to air in the repair?
