Nothing extra. I took the day of the injection off and that's it. It's a little uncomfortable, but manageable. It's not enough that I need to take my Lortab. My orthopedic surgeon said I'll be fully healed in 6-weeks. If I didn't have the PRP injection, it would've been years, if at all, that it would heal on it's own. I could've had surgery, but I would've been in a brace for 10-weeks and out for 24. I'm not in a brace and the only limitation is I can't do anything to put shock on it, e.g. squats, lunges.
