Well let's be realistic. Why would the company be willing to negotiate anything on a dying certificate when they've got the 50+ seat airplanes on the other certificate? I'm just from the side lines but it looks like the future of TSA is very bleak. No doubt what happened in 05 was unfortunate, but they didn't secure the flying so the union now in 09 has nothing to work with in this economy. Even UA is saying we don't prefer 50 seaters. What's done is done, GJ is pretty much flooded with applicants as well as actual former ALPA pilots. We need to figure out how to save TSA.
