Lets not forget that many analysists and other such mucky-mucks in the papers are expecting many airlines to go back into bankruptcy in the fall if the economy doesn't improve and/or gas prices go back up. I would imagine the regionals will be hit very hard if their major partners go Ch. 11. SkyWest is probably one of the best positioned out of all of the majors but then again, if UA and/or US Air goes south, all of their regionals will be sent along for the ride.
