You will need a work visa in most foreign countries. You will have to sit for the ATPL exam(s) too. There are a number of foreign carriers that offer a cadet entry program. If accepted, you will have to sponsor the cost for your training, and accommodations.

Access web sites of airlines you are considering and look to see if they are offering careers.
