Its called solidarity. The Delta pilots enjoy the benefits of collective bargaining and should encourage flight attendants to use collective bargaining as a tool to further their careers and have protection.

We are both crewmembers and have to work side by side. Don't you think it would be better if both of our groups were covered by collective bargaining agreements?
