So, How do you know our only intention for Denver was to correct a pilot overstaffing ? Do you know the numbers at all? Last numbers I heard from Dallas was around 200. I hardly doubt our intention was to offset that number. But, yes it was to get gates and grow in Denver, I think everyone knows that. Look, you guys all think we wanted to furlough you all, when we had plans for line reductions and plans to protect every SWAPA pilot (which would have been former FAPA pilots). What a lot of folks do not know is FAPA also wanted $3000 a month for furloughees, FOREVER, plus medical coverage forever ???? Current SWAPA guys do not even get those benefits. So, NO, not every pilot at FAPA would have been furloughed, and I think the potential for the currently furloughed had a good chance of being recalled. I personally do not think it was a complete win for you guys, but when you balance your chance of job protection with SWA compared to bankruptcy and chances with a regional, I think guys are confused as to the path you have chosen is all. The rest of the crap on here is retarded. We will continue to grow in Denver and find other ways. We haven't been competing against Frontier much in Denver, and I imagine that is about to change. We completely respect that FAPA has done what they thought was best for you, as did SWAPA for us. So once again check your facts as well before you open your pie hole dude!
I'll remember that if Southwest goes bankrupt someday. There are numerous carriers that have been bankrupt or do not exist due to no fault of the pilots. These carriers were healthier than Southwest at some point. You have no control whether Southwest goes bankrupt. It now faces the same problems of the legacies.

On a different not, Midwest has NEVER filed for bankruptcy in it's history. Unfortunately, Tim got TPG involved and decided to take care of himself at everyone else's expense.
