Who is happy at what airline these days???!!!
I'm very happy with my employment and conditions right now
Kenny I understand your point but on an international gig having passed the interview means nothing (even with claims to the contrary) for us here in the USA and some places in the EU (not all of them) being placed in the "pool" as we know it is an assurance of employment unless something catastrophic out of their control happens (a la 9/11) this happened to me with one of the legacies here in the USA, abroad you are not an employee until you sign the contract and I believe that this is something that individuals seeking employment abroad should be well aware of
"They have always taken who they want when they want out of the pilots that have passed the interview, if more pilots are interviewed after you were told you passed those pilots may be deemed more suitable and as such hired before you."
This is the case with all contracts abroad and not only for EK
Have you applied out here in Asia?
