I disagree...see my reply to your other thread of the same topic. ICAO doesn't care. The FAA doesn't care. However, some of the ICAO countries into which you will operate do not allow 65 year old FO's. ICAO recommends that the SIC is not over 65 then defers to each ICAO "state" for the individual rule. Example...Bermuda and much of the Carribbean says no...Canada and England say its OK. These are all ICAO countries, but they each have their own rules.
