Actually about 30 of them did cross and 4 on the first day. then there was another 30 that did what the person in question did and that is worked both sides of the fence. When the striking 570 returned starting around nov of 1985 (yes we won't go back with out you) they were placed behind the entire 539 that were all hired during the strike but many were not considered sc---, at least by some people. The striking 570 were also behind the 570 that worked both sides of the fence until it was worked out in court and then suddenly they were also 570 and they went to their original class date, yes until then they were a head of many. In fact many of them took captain bids in front of their 570 friends yes including a person in question.

Just some thoughts on the subject as some of them don't like to be lumped in with some of the others.

Another subject I find amusing is when people here talk about alpa national signing off on contracts, always wondered how they signed off on one with some of your alpa brothers from another alpa carrier that took a 15% paycut with the idea of running you and your company out of business. Hey but thats okay as I am sure now that they have merged with another carrier they will all stop by the picket lines I hear about and maybe even bring you some donuts before they head over to fly their trips while you hold down the line!
